DJ had his picture made at daycare last week. We finally got them back today! What happened to my little baby???

Must have been a long day!

DJ must have had a long day at daycare! I was trying to get supper going so I put DJ in his highchair with some teddy grahams and shredded cheese. I noticed that he had gotten very quiet, and this is what I found! And of course, being the bad mommy that I am, I had to grab my camera first!!

First Haircut!!

Well, I finally broke down and got DJ's hair cut. We went to Great Clips. They were so good with him. They gave us a card that said "Baby's first haircut" with the date/age/etc. on it. They also taped one of his curls to the card. He did so good during the haircut. I was so proud of him. But he doesn't look like my baby anymore. He looks like a 2 year old!

This is the only time he cried. She had to spray his hair with water to finish cutting it. And he did not like that at all!

DJ and the Puppies

DJ has become fascinated with the puppies lately. He laughs at them every time he sees them! We are keeping them separated for now, because DJ wants to lick them back!

10 Months!

Well, we made it to 10 months before a haircut is definitely necessary! What do you think? Damon gave me 2 weeks to get it cut!

Like Father, Like Son

Damon has always enjoyed working on cars. I think DJ might be following in his footsteps!!

Yes, I think there is something wrong with your car. Either in your seatbelts, or your horn. Yes, I think the problem is in the horn!

Let me just push this back into my shop and take a closer look at that horn!

Oatmeal Monster!!

I think I have created an oatmeal monster! The past two mornings, DJ and I have shared a bowl of oatmeal. I think it is safe to say that he loves it! He made a horrible mess, but it was so funny watching him do it!

And he is getting so much better with his sippy cup!

Crawling!!

I finally got a decent video of DJ crawling. I really need to get some tapes for the camcorder! He is getting quick now! And he is pulling up on everything so easily. I bet he will be walking within a month!

More Teeth!!

I was finally able to get a good picture of DJ's top two teeth. They are going to be huge!!

9 Months!

I can't believe that DJ is already 9 months old!!! He has grown up so much! He is crawling everywhere and getting very quick. He can pull up to standing on anything and is starting to cruise. Finally, he started babbling and is talking up quite a storm! He goes for his 9 months well check Friday and I can't wait to see how much he weighs and how tall he is now! Here are a few pictures to compare!

Pulling Up and Standing!

DJ has started pulling up on anything and everything and crusing! He is getting very good at it. He will put his toys on top of the coffee table and then stand up to play with them. Yesterday, he let go for about 2 seconds before falling down! It won't be too much longer before he is walking!

Bath Time Fun

We finally had to start giving DJ baths in the big bath tub. He was out growing the infant tub and making a huge mess in the kitchen splashing water everywhere! I think he will enjoy the big tub!
